Steven J. Esposito

EVP, Chief Commercial Officer

Steven J. Esposito is a pharmaceutical sales professional with over 24 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. His previous experiences include roles at APP (now Fresenius-Kabi), AuroMedics (AuroBindo, USA), Sagent Pharmaceuticals, and Amneal Biosciences as a Sales Rep and National Account Director overseeing major GPOs, IDNs, and Distributors and implementing improved sales protocols for product placement and contracting. His most recent position was Vice President of Sales with Xiromed, LLC. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northeastern Illinois University.

Jeffrey Sherman, Esq.

General Counsel

Jeffrey Sherman is an attorney with over 38 years of experience in the legal profession. He currently serves as General Counsel for Kesin Pharma, responsible for corporate governance, contracts and regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Sherman’s experience ranges from being a partner in private practice specializing in transactional work across financial services, real estate, automotive distribution and in the manufacturing and distribution of regulated products. Mr. Sherman received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Queens College, NY and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, FL in 1984. He has been admitted to practice law in NY since 1984 and admitted in Florida since 1993.
